Sonatina Recital Model Classical Guitar

The Sonatina Recitral Model Classical Guitar is made by the same luthier as the Sonata Concert Model. The back and sides are Indian rosewood, and the top is solid cedar. The design and construction are very similar to the concert version, except for the bindings, which are slightly different, and it does not have an elevated fretboard.  It has a lattice braced top and high quality gold plated tuners. The scale length is 650mm. The width at the nut is 52mm. The back and sides are high gloss and the top has a satin finish for a slightly more open sound. It has a port hole in the side which enhances the sound that the player hears. It also has an adjustable 2-way truss rod in the neck. The sound and over-all volume of this guitar are strikingly similar to that of the Concert Model. A hardshell case is standard. Position marker dots on the edge of the fretboard are located at the 5th, 7th and 9th positions. A deluxe hardshell case is included in the price.
