Student Model 99 Classical Guitar

The Student Model 99 Classical Guitar is a student version of the Concert Model 99 and Concert Model 99 Special guitars, and is made by the same luthier. The back and sides are laminated Indian rosewood, and top is solid cedar. The design and construction are very similar to our Concert Model 99, except for the bindings, which are slightly different.  It has a lattice braced top and high quality gold plated tuners. The scale length is 650mm. The width at the nut is 52mm. The back and sides are high gloss and the top has a matte finish for a slightly more open sound. It also has a port hole in the side which enhances the sound that the player hears. It also has an adjustable 2-way truss rod in the neck. The sound and over-all volume of this guitar are strikingly similar to that of the Concert Model 99. A hardshell case is standard. Position marker dots on the edge of the fretboard are optional and will be added upon request at no additional cost.
