Concert Classical Guitar Model 99 Experimental Version

The Concert Classical Guitar Model 99 Experimental Version is a beautifully hand-crafted, concert-level guitar for the serious student, advanced player, or concert artist with a modest budget. This model is an experimental version of our Concert Model 99. It has a double layered braceless arched back. The inner layer, the lining, is spruce. The outer layer is solid Indian rosewood. The top is spuce and thinner than normal. It has a matte finish on all sides. It has a porthole to enhance the listening experience of the player. The intent of this "experiment" was to create a louder version of the Concert Model 99. The result was an instrument with about the same volume as the Model 99. Still very substantial volume, as with all the Model 99's, but no louder. The quality and timbre of the sound is nearly identical to the Model 99. It is a one-of-a-kind and will not be added to our regular product line. Because it is being discontinued, it is being offered at a substantial discount. It comes standard with a hardshell case.
