The Grand Concert Model 17 Madagascar Rosewood Classical Guitar is a concert-level classical guitar made by the same maker as the Concert Model 17. This instrument comes with your choice of a Spruce or Cedar top and is made from high quality, master grade woods. The back and sides are premium quality Madagascar Rosewood. It has a porthole in the side to enhance the listening experience of the player. The scale length is 650mm and the width at the nut is 52mm. The tuners are by Der Jung. This is a beautiful guitar, with wonderful sound and more than ample volume. The best way for me to describe the sound of the spruce top version that I have in stock is strong, well balanced, warm and elegant. The quality of workmanship and the sound produced by this guitar compares favorably with concert instruments costing much more. A premium quality hard-shell case is included in the price.
